IIATH Academy is excited to host a new edition of the Career Days, an exclusive event for second-year students of the academy’s programs, offering them the chance to meet directly with recruiters from some of the most prestigious companies in the tourism and hospitality sector. The event will take place at Palazzo Bernasconi in Cernobbio, on Thursday, November 7th and Friday, November 8th.

Over the course of these two days, 70 international companies and 130 recruiters will be present to conduct interviews, offer internship and employment opportunities, and meet the talented students trained by IATH Academy. The prestigious brands participating include industry leaders such as Villa d’Este, Lario Hotels, Grand Hotel Tremezzo, Mandarin Oriental, JW Marriott Venice, Accor, Armani Hotel, Hilton, and Sheraton. In total, 400 job openings will be available, including internships and full-time roles.

The IATH Academy Career Days are designed to facilitate a connection between supply and demand in the luxury hospitality sector, providing students with a concrete opportunity to launch their careers. Each student will have the chance to conduct one-to-one interviews with HR professionals from the participating companies in a structured, professional environment.

The companies involved in the Career Days are strategic partners of IATH Academy, with whom we have established a longstanding relationship. Many of these companies host students annually for internships, giving them the chance to put into practice the skills acquired throughout their academic journey. This event is, therefore, the culmination of this collaboration, transforming internship opportunities into potential successful careers.

On Friday, November 8th, a videographer will be present to document the event and capture exclusive interviews with HR managers from selected companies. These interviews will highlight the importance of the collaboration between IATH Academy and its partners and provide insight into the added value that IATH students bring to the sector.

Anita Longo, Director of IATH Academy, shares: ““Career Days are a fundamental milestone for our students. Through this event, they can connect with some of the most prestigious companies in the luxury hospitality industry and turn their ambitions into real job opportunities.”
