PCTO
EMPOWERMENT LAB
IATH ACADEMY offers PCTO workshops dedicated to fourth and fifth-grade classes of high schools to support preparation for the final exams.
Thanks to these activities, you will be able to experience the IATH teaching method and discover how to enhance skills in six specific areas:
1.
PERSONAL BRANDING & CAREER GUIDANCE
Develop the ability to recognize and communicate your value. Learn how to highlight experiences, soft skills, and aptitudes to build an effective CV and present yourself with confidence in the job market and higher education.
2.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE & SELF-MANAGEMENT
Develop active management of emotions, time, and stress. It provides practical tools for awareness and resilience to face transition periods and preparation for the High School Graduation Exam.
3.
COMMUNICATION & PUBLIC SPEAKING
Persuasive communication techniques and content organization. Training in the art of the concise pitch (presenting an idea or project in a few minutes) and engaging storytelling.
4.
AI LITERACY & DIGITAL CREATIVITY
Conscious and strategic use of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to communication and tourism, enhancing creativity in designing innovative digital content.
5.
PROBLEM SOLVING & LEADERSHIP
Develop collaboration skills, adaptability, and critical thinking. Teamwork development through practical challenges inspired by real business dynamics.
6.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS DESIGN
Project-oriented approach and global vision. From understanding the customer experience (Guest Relations and Travel Design) to defining a strategic business plan in the Made in Italy and Luxury sectors.
Our workshops are designed to strengthen these transversal skills, aligning with ministerial guidelines on outgoing guidance.
PCTO courses can be held both at the IATH Academy and at your high school.
Course requests must come from the teachers involved, and credit certification is provided upon completion of the course.
