IATH Academy offers an integrative program to all students, structured to support the learning process, enhance specific skills required by the job market, and assist students throughout their advanced specialization journey.
The Campus LakeON Program, a package of services and initiatives for students, focuses on different areas:
- Orientation Days, Kick-Off e Coaching | IATH Academy provides the tools for a successful start: course introduction, tailored coaching, professional grooming guidance, housing support for non-resident students, and local area familiarization are just some of the activities included in the program for a smooth beginning!
- Career Planning | One of IATH Academy’s main objectives is to train professionals ready to enter the job market, paying great attention to our students’ aspirations and talents. We will support your professional development, job search, and, if interested, continuing your studies with an international bachelor’s degree.
- Diploma Exam Preparation | Completing your studies successfully is an important goal. For this reason, IATH has included an intensive week of final exam preparation in the program, with public speaking lessons, individual support, and dedicated sessions with instructors.
- Events | A fundamental part of the IATH Academy experience is the sense of community. Teamwork, company projects, and shared passions lead IATH students to create a true family. To celebrate this union of talents, numerous events with different themes are organized each year: IATH Gala, an evening dedicated to networking, awards, and fun; IATH Sport Day, created to combat sports drop-out and promoted by our students’ passion; IATH in Cometa Social Day, for a unique experience together in a local non-profit organization that focuses on hospitality, training, and work, co-founder of the Academy; IATH Graduation Day, a day of proclamations, celebrations, and shared satisfaction with loved ones.
